Application&Complaint Cell

The users such as Parent, students and Employees are the backbone of a school. Edify provides them a very user friendly and easy interface to register complaints if they have any regarding the school. The school admin will have the facility to view those complaints and deliver them to the higher authorities thus improving the school system and making it better.

Applications were a big problem as handling and keeping their record was a big hassle but Edify brings a very easy way to cater this problem as the user will be able to send an application online by logging in to their portals and they will also be able to view all the applications they have sent. Admin will have the authority to approve or decline the application. This way school will have a record of all the applications of each user.
